Breaking! Bakasi Strike Force militants 'on the run' as soldiers invade hideout, arrest 3

PARIS, OCTOBER 15, 2016:  Bakasi Strike Force militants in Cross Rivers State on Thursday took to their heels following an armed invasion of  their den by Nigerian soldiers codenamed Operation Delta Safe .

The invasion saw the arrest of three of its top commanders, DailyGlobeWatch reliably gathered. Information reaching our newsroom have it that human skulls, bullets and motorcycles were reportedly recovered during the raid.

Thomas Otuji , the spokesperson of Operation Delta Safe while commenting on the raid  gave the names of the arrested militants as  Okon Idem, Joseph Asuquo and Bassey Ekpenyong. describing it as “very successful.”  

He added that the raid was part of the planned operations to rid the region of militants and other socially undesirable elements in the region
